Ashley Lynch is the Founder & CEO of PeopleRise Talent, a modern consulting firm reshaping how organizations hire and build healthy, high‑performing teams. Accompanied by nearly two decades of experience across executive talent acquisition, operational leadership, and organizational development inside multi‑billion‑dollar companies; Ashley is known for turning complex people challenges into clear, scalable systems that strengthen performance and reduce cost. Under her guidance organizations have saved millions while reinvesting those resources back into their people.
She has led high‑impact teams through growth, transformation, and cultural evolution. Ashley has in depth experience in building talent and operational functions from the ground up and has partnered with organizations at every stage, from hyper‑growth to enterprise scale. Her leadership and innovation have earned industry recognition, including multiple awards for talent strategy and operational excellence. Ashley is also the creator of FuturesRise, a purpose‑driven initiative supporting teens aging out of foster care. This provides career readiness, mentorship, and employer‑aligned opportunities. Her belief is simple: talent is universal, but opportunity must be intentionally built. FuturesRise reflects her commitment to expanding access and strengthening the next working generation. Our Community Impact
Every year, more than 15,000 teens age out of foster care in the U.S. Many step into adulthood without stable housing, career guidance, or a support system. Nearly 20% become homeless within days, and only 8–12% will earn a college degree. These young people don’t lack talent, they lack access.
FuturesRise was created to change that.
Built into the core of PeopleRise Talent, FuturesRise opens real pathways into the workforce through career‑readiness training. We provide mentorship, and employer‑aligned opportunities designed specifically for youth aging out of care. The program is grounded in practical skill‑building and the belief that opportunity should be built, not assumed.
To fuel this work, we reinvest 5% of our revenue directly into FuturesRise. Through our client match programs, organizations can amplify their impact by supporting workshops, internships, and early‑career pathways that help bring the next working generation forward. As PeopleRise grows, so does our commitment. We plan to build a long‑term, scalable program that helps foster youth step into adulthood with confidence and a community behind them.
